  • 5+ years of experience as an external client-facing Project Manager, managing within multiple project management disciplines (Iterative; Agile; SCRUM/KANBAN)
  • 3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments
  • Legal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plus
  • PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects at any given time, ensure alignment of internal and external teams, and serve as the point of contact and escalation for the implementation of new customers.
  • Develop and manage the client’s implementation plan: milestones, project risks and mitigation strategies and address other line items relevant to successfully delivering an enterprise SaaS product.
  • Follow an agile Kanban-based implementation methodology.
  • Lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the largest and most strategic accounts.
  • Track high-level business needs and ensure the solution aligns to deliver business benefits.
  • Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain trusted partnerships across a wide array of disciplines and teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with stakeholders.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the core product, marketing, and sales process.
