Requirements
  • Significant experience in a scheduling, crewing or people management role in the VFX industry or other high-end computer graphics production environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to adapt the message to the correct audience to ensure maximum engagement.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence - able to handle complex and difficult situations with thought, tact and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Studio PM, Director of Talent Management, EIC and HR to develop the Talent Strategy for the London studio.
  • Work with the Studio Production Manager to help resolve any crewing issues and ensure all shows are crewed to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Support the Talent team in all aspects of artist management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Production and Artists.
  • Partner with HR and/or Recruitment on Talent related initiatives, including; Compensation Planning, Graduate recruitment, Employee Relations and workflow implementation.
  • Directly line manage an artist group(s) and/or junior Talent Management.
