  • J.D. from an accredited institution and admitted to practice law in California or New York

  • Managing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts
  • Continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters
  • Selecting, retaining and managing relationships and matters with outside counsels
  • Preparing and delivering training and presentations on various legal and compliance matters
  • Building, mentoring, managing, and scaling teams reporting to you
