Requirements
  • An active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to interpret documents and accurately apply rules and procedures is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods is required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Control access to the construction site.
  • Screen and escort personnel, materials, and tools entering or leaving the site.
  • Monitor and observe construction workers during assigned tasks.
  • Maintain control of construction materials within or moving to or from the site.
  • Produce daily logs of all activities and events.
  • Report all security-related incidents to the SSM.
  • Report anomalies and counterintelligence-related incidents immediately and without delay.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three or more years of similar experience.
  • A high level of accountability.
