  • 12+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, competitive gaming, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving product optimization and monetization strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Define the ESCG product evolution and player growth strategy, focusing on crafting flawless gaming experiences.
  • Design and implement innovative tools for 1v1, Battle Royale, and Team vs. Team competitive gaming experiences across web and mobile platforms, strictly aiming to drive revenue and user acquisition.
  • Develop strategies to improve ESCG's mobile, web, and console presence, including potential integrations with the PlayStation App, PlayStation Plus, and first-party titles while boosting revenue streams and user engagement.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for further integrating ESCG with the PlayStation Store, Network Services, and traditional Retail channels, focusing on growing product visibility and sales conversions.
  • Evaluate the opportunity for ESCG off-console features to be coordinated with the PlayStation platform.
  • Develop an aligned product roadmap and resources with PEG for initiatives that require deeper platform integration.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and collaboration with key collaborators in product, marketing, and engineering to ensure seamless initiative execution and optimize product/program performance.
  • Lead through influence to encourage innovation and collaboration within the competitive gaming vertical and across broader PlayStation teams, focusing on new growth and monetization.
  • Recognize important indicators and establish metrics to track user acquisition, player engagement, and retention.
  • Provide executive-level updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with PlayStation’s vision, goals, and commercial targets.
