Responsibilities
Operate mobile and powered equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, and powered edgers.
Load, transport, and relocate office equipment, furniture, construction materials, and other items as needed.
Mix and apply fertilizers and herbicides using hand or automatic sprayers and spreaders.
Perform snow removal from walkways and roadways and apply anti-icing materials to help prevent injuries and other safety-related incidents.
Perform general roads and grounds maintenance activities and other duties as required.

POSITION PURPOSE: Under supervision, performs work involving general roads and grounds maintenance activities, and any other duties as may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The work is conducted both indoors and outdoors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
