Requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for Business clients and understand their businesses.
  • Demonstrate sales acumen to grow the account base through proactive outreach.
  • Communicate professionally and helpfully with clients by phone and in writing.
  • Use research and planning to develop strong long-term client relationships.
  • Advise customers, solve problems, and develop creative solutions.
  • Maintain organized and disciplined day-to-day processes.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid work environment and learn new technology platforms quickly.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the existing customer base to increase returning revenue.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for accounts, predominantly by phone and email.
  • Build customer relationships to increase purchase volume, frequency, and product mix through discovery, record keeping, recommendations, and presentations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to recommend solutions, win projects, and grow client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and notes in CRM systems.
  • Identify growth and collaboration opportunities through contact expansion and business research.
  • Forecast anticipated monthly achievement to the manager and, at times, other business leaders.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and retention targets.
  • Meet daily outbound activity requirements.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and one-to-one meetings with the manager.
  • Participate actively in sales-team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Design Services, and Customer Success teams to support and grow existing Business Services accounts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous phone or in-person sales experience, specifically in account growth and retention.
  • Basic knowledge of design and print.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Adobe Workfront, or other ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
