Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Sociology, Human Services, Counseling or related field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience required working with adolescents in under-served communities or public assistance programs.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred due to the population served.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive case management and outreach services to a diverse youth population.
  • Follow the program’s Scope of Work activities to achieve the program goals through interviewing, counseling, assessment, caseload organization, mentoring and management.
  • Provide work oversight and mentoring to other members of the department and/or volunteers as needed.
