  • Experience leading a presales team in a complex/technical SaaS sales process
  • Equal parts business and technical acumen
  • Proven track record of managing high-performance teams
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Technical background in security, data, and/or cloud technologies
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Americas Solution Engineering function for Presales & Partners
  • Interact at the executive levels within customers
  • Drive the Presales SE team to secure the technical win on net new opportunities
  • Drive the Partner SE team to enable and support software partners
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate and increase ARR at net new customers
  • Partner with other groups to deliver an outstanding customer experience
