  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience in PCR methodologies, preferably in ddPCR
  • Experience in culturing mammalian cell lines
  • Ability to engage with diverse groups within a matrixed organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and scientific creativity
  • Experience in regulatory BioA environment is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply ddPCR and qPCR based assays
  • Perform DNA/RNA isolation from different cell types and organs
  • Develop and apply LBA based assays
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute experiments
  • Analyze and interpret experimental results
  • Manage critical reagents and clinical samples
  • Support CROs in assay development
  • Document experimental results in a laboratory notebook
  • Present results at team meetings
  • Facilitate discussions with team members
  • Comply with laboratory practices and company policies
