Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid app development, ideally in flutter, with strong fundamentals in plugin development. Ideally experience with BLE.
  • Deep understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Mastery of multiple programming languages and frameworks, including dart, flutter, SQL, Swift, Kotlin, python. Bonus: C, C++, terraform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve intricate technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on complex systems design and implementation.
  • Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the design and development of sophisticated software systems, utilizing advanced technical expertise and industry best practices.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and design specifications, to clearly articulate software requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Promote a culture of good software practices to the broader team.
  • Apply advanced computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize software performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including firmware engineers, algorithm engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, platform engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of software systems, employing advanced testing methodologies and tools to identify and address potential issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to the team's innovation efforts.
