Requirements
  • Assume a leadership position within the All Access sales team
  • Manage and support a small team of Enterprise and MLB Account Executives
  • Grow the EMEA MLB segment through inbound optimisation and in market business development
  • Work alongside the Accounts org and execute net new and upsell bookings for the All Access product to companies with 500+ FTEs which already have a relationship with WeWork
  • Prospect, solicit and close new business for 10+ All Access passes across Europe
  • Monetise any All Access passes sold by driving price and commitment term
  • Be the subject matter expert across the whole portfolio of Access products, including Pay per Use through to All Access subscriptions
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to create bespoke solutions for larger clients, including marketing, legal. Product development
  • Position the value of All Access and the future of flexible work
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members
  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Manager, Enterprise & EMEA MLB in the All Access sales organisation, your team will identify, source and close prospects for companies across MLB and Enterprise segments. This managerial role will be instrumental in driving revenue pipeline and closing full cycle sales opportunities. This individual will be responsible for working within the All Access sales team to achieve both personal and team member growth goals for their assigned Territory or Region
