Requirements
  • Track record of cross selling, upselling and/or generating new business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good numerical and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Account Management experience (desirable)
  • Experience of cleaning and hygiene industry and/or industry sectors served by Diversey (desirable).
Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales opportunities by selling the TASKI range through professional demonstrations, negotiations and training.
  • Deliver agreed sales and service levels.
  • Build distributor relationships - particularly equipment re-sellers.
  • Support and drive account acquisition strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Maximise TASKI sales and profit in new and existing accounts.
  • Anticipate and react to continual market changes, including feeding back any new product/solution opportunities.
  • Forecast of account stock requirements and management of the extended supply chain.
  • Work with sector Key Account Managers and regional teams to develop TASKI opportunities.
  • Provide information to team members and managers about actions and needs.
  • Understand the competitor offering and how we compete.
  • Proactively supports the roll out of large TASKI wins.
