Responsibilities
  • Independently manage client relationships and accounts within the Emerging Risk Group
  • Act as primary client point of contact
  • Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs
  • Manage onboarding process of new clients
  • Prepare market, quote rates for renewals and new business
  • Manage marketing process for prospect companies
  • Prepare and review client communications
  • Communicate and collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters
  • Maintain current files and prepare policy renewal questionnaires
  • Review, evaluate, rate, and market Commercial Insurance applications
  • Compile and organize client information
  • Perform contract reviews for clients
  • Perform database file management and input information
  • Provide training to Account Coordinators
  • Manage Account Coordinators
  • Manage and train the next level down
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
