  • Work closely with Lead and Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and apply feedback about technical execution, client communication, and ownership.
  • Build client-management judgment needed for effective engineering delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, including Anthropic, OpenAI, or Cohere, vector search, or prompt engineering.
  • Prior client-facing, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • Familiarity with machine learning or artificial intelligence project work, independently or alongside data science teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching across problem domains.

Eliza offers a health engagement platform that helps healthcare organizations communicate with members in personalized ways to improve health outcomes. It uses a multi-channel system (calls, texts, emails) combined with data analytics, behavioral science, and patented speech recognition to prompt actions such as preventive screenings, medication adherence, and chronic-condition management. The platform also collects member-reported data beyond claims to build richer profiles and tailor outreach. Its goal is to close care gaps, improve quality ratings like HEDIS and Stars, and manage costs by boosting member engagement; its clients include health plans, PBMs, and disease-management firms, and the platform is now part of Cotiviti.

Eliza becomes OpenAI Advanced Partner to deploy AI systems across enterprises

Eliza, an AI-native consulting firm, has been named an OpenAI Advanced Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network. The designation recognises Eliza's work embedding forward-deployed engineers into enterprises to build production AI systems. As an Advanced Partner, Eliza will help organisations deploy OpenAI solutions, including GPT-5.6 and ChatGPT Work, across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors. The firm has enabled more than 20,000 users on ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex, building production systems supporting over 140,000 employees. Eliza plans three major investments: launching Eliza Academy to train forward-deployed engineers, bringing industry experts for vertical specialisation, and expanding globally to support multinational enterprises deploying OpenAI technology across markets.

Eliza selects Operating as its professional services automation (PSA) platform. Updated on May 28, 2026 - Written by Lauri Eurén Eliza.com, a fast-growing AI consulting firm and OpenAI services partner, has chosen Operating as its professional services automation platform to power delivery operations across the company. Having scaled multiple consulting firms to hundreds of employees, Eliza's leadership team knows firsthand what breaks when services organizations grow on spreadsheets and legacy PSA tools. With Operating, Eliza is building on a modern system of record early on, after the first big growth spurt from just the founding team to around 50 people in just 10 months. "I met Lauri in Austin and knew this was the right choice," said Stephen Garden, CEO of Eliza. "We've been using many legacy PSA tools, and Operating does what they do but simpler." "We're growing fast and we need one place for all our delivery data. Operating gives us that, plus it plugs straight into our HubSpot CRM and our AI agents can read and write to it through the MCP server. That's what sold us." said Sophia Ryterband, Strategy and Operations Lead at Eliza As an OpenAI services partner helping enterprises integrate and adopt AI, Eliza brings a practitioner's lens to its own tool selection. Operating's API-first architecture and MCP support for AI agent workflows aligned with how Eliza already works and where the industry is heading.

Eliza earns official OpenAI Services Partner designation.

Eliza earns official OpenAI Services Partner designation. Saman Salari March 24, 2026 Eliza today announced that it has become an OpenAI Services Partner, recognizing the firm's depth of experience delivering production AI systems across the OpenAI platform. As a Services Partner, Eliza works across ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, AgentKit, and the OpenAI API to help organizations design, build, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable business results. Supporting the OpenAI enterprise community. Getting AI into production is where enterprises benefit most from support. The models are powerful. The tooling keeps improving. But turning that into deployed systems with real adoption across an organization requires a level of delivery capability that most companies do not have in-house. Eliza was built to provide that capability: solutions that go live in weeks, not months; AI agents embedded at every stage of development; and small delivery pods that move faster at lower cost. Every engagement builds on reusable tooling, connectors, and architectures from prior work, so clients get production-ready infrastructure on day one. This engagement model is also designed to quickly build AI fluency and transfer skills. Eliza embeds with client teams and teaches agentic engineering practices so organizations can own the solutions and continue building long after the engagement ends. "We are excited to formalize our collaboration with OpenAI. There is an unprecedented level of demand from customers to leverage ChatGPT and Codex within their enterprise operating models," said Stephen Garden, Co-Founder and CEO of Eliza. Looking ahead. For joint customers, this collaboration means access to the most advanced OpenAI capabilities, delivered through a team built specifically for this work. Production AI in weeks, not quarters. That speed is already showing up in practice. Eliza recently completed a rollout of ChatGPT Enterprise to more than 10,000 users at a leading global investment firm, building AI fluency across several portfolio companies and establishing reusable infrastructure for continued adoption. The engagement moved from kickoff to full production in weeks, with Eliza embedding along side internal teams to transfer capability and ensure long-term self-sufficiency. As OpenAI continues to expand its enterprise capabilities, Eliza will remain focused on helping organizations adopt those technologies. About Eliza. Founded by veterans of cloud, data engineering, and applied AI, Eliza helps enterprises turn AI investments into production systems that work.
