  • 2+ years of managing/leading Customer Success teams
  • Management of Customers above $200k ACV
  • Demonstrated experience of mentoring peers
  • Good understanding of technology and familiarity with concepts such as APIs, cloud solutions

  • Acting as the voice of the customer and providing internal feedback
  • Working closely with Tech Support to help clients
