- Implementation and Customizations: Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into system customizations.
- Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking).
- Utilize tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for seamless data exchange.
- Ready to learn tools within the organization.
- Reports and Fast Formula Development: Design and implement fast formulas to meet the client requirements
- Design and implement reports to meet the client requirements.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP
- Ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
- Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Provide training sessions to HR personnel and other stakeholders on system usage.
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and ensure the system remains up to date.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud and industry best practices.
- Participate in relevant training and certifications to enhance skills.
- Relevant Oracle certifications and ongoing training to enhance Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud skills.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware is preferred; familiarity with latest Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud enhancements is desirable.

SOUTHLAKE, TX / ACCESSWIRE / February 15, 2024 / Transition Capital Partners ("TCP"), a Southlake, TX-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company, Highstreet IT Solutions ("Highstreet"). Highstreet was acquired by CIVC Partners ("CIVC") on February 6, 2024. Guggenheim Securities acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Transition Capital Partners and Highstreet.
In addition to the new ERP and HCM applications, Highstreet is partnering with SpryPoint to implement a utility billing solution for specific entities, with SpryPoint managing the bulk of the implementation and Highstreet providing project management and governance.
