Responsibilities
  • Plans and manages design execution work and critical path schedule, owns elevating issues, with implications, to key business partners, at-the-right-time, to enable informed decision-making and effective resolution, and drive on-time/on-quality artwork file delivery
  • Execute with excellence and on Design Intent graphics adaptations and Digital Templates
  • Manages projects within WebCenter, a graphics lifecycle management tool. Provides low-level support regarding WebCenter to the multi-functional team.
  • Deliver Design Intent Production KPIs on target: AW on Design Intent, On-Time Production, Qualitative In-Market Complaints, Quality Incident Rate
  • Govern and manage asset library.
  • Own the multi-functional approval process for Graphic adaptations and Digital Templates.
  • Executes Quality Control checks.
  • Adapt and produce minor graphic assets in-house in partnership with Brand and Design
  • Ensures regulatory style guidelines have been applied.
  • Implement Design Intent change management and resolve quality issues.
  • Independently and collaboratively brings innovative ideas/search & reapply learning that drive continual improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency.

Jack in the Box names Taylor Montgomery as President ahead of CEO transition

Jack in the Box Inc. has appointed Taylor Montgomery as President, effective 14th September 2026. Montgomery will lead brand strategy, focusing on driving sustainable sales growth and improving franchisee profitability. The appointment advances the company's succession plan. Montgomery is expected to become Chief Executive Officer within 12 months and will join the Board at that time. He will work closely with Executive Chairman and Interim CEO Mark King during the transition. Montgomery most recently served as Global Chief Brand Officer at Taco Bell, where he oversaw more than $18 billion in systemwide sales across over 9,000 restaurants. During his tenure, Taco Bell delivered over 7% sales growth last year. Montgomery spent more than a decade at Yum! Brands and previously worked at Procter & Gamble for over five years.

P&G wins member of the year in 2026 alliance for Water Efficiency awards. The Happi Top 50 Company partnered with AWE to complete a comprehensive review of data to capture the water savings potential of washing dishes with a machine. August 19, 2026 Associate Editor, Happi Each year, the AWE recognizes the individuals and organizations whose leadership, innovation and commitment are helping advance water efficiency and conservation across North America. The Illinois-based nonprofit's annual awards celebrate the many ways AWE members are making an impact, from advancing water-efficient practices and policies to developing new approaches for stewarding our limited water resources. "I was honored to accept the award on behalf of P&G at the annual Water Efficiency and Conservation Symposium in Chicago," said Shannon Quinn, global water stewardship leader at P&G. "To me, this recognition reflects the power of partnership. Advancing water efficiency takes credible science, practical innovation and collaboration across sectors. AWE has been an important partner in connecting the dots and helping move this important work forward." Since joining AWE in 2020, P&G, which made Fortune's 100 Most Innovative Companies List, has been an active member of the Business and Industry Committee and present at the annual Symposium. This year, AWE partnered with P&G to complete a comprehensive review of the best available data to capture the water savings potential of washing dishes with a machine versus handwashing at the sink. The common wisdom is that machine washing is more water efficient, but there is limited published data to support this claim. AWE completed a literature review and P&G shared their own research and results for us to review and assess the rigor of their study parameters and conclusions. This work will inform a white paper and a technical paper planned for release this summer, representing the most comprehensive published review of this topic.

Coca-Cola, P&G and American States Water raise dividends for over 60 years

Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and American States Water have maintained dividend growth streaks exceeding 60 consecutive years. Each company belongs to the Dividend Kings group. Coca-Cola announced its 64th consecutive dividend increase in February, raising quarterly payments from 51 cents to 53 cents. The beverage company's net revenue grew 7% in its most recent quarter ending 3 July. With a payout ratio around 60%, the company appears positioned to continue dividend increases. Procter & Gamble offers diversified exposure across hair care, oral care, and personal care products. The consumer goods company reported 3% net sales growth for its 2026 fiscal year ending 30 June, with flat earnings.
