Requirements
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree
  • A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
  • Two (2) years of position-specific experience
  • Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph
Responsibilities
  • Evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small- and medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects.
  • Identifies trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.
  • May conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.
  • Experienced in improving overall operational performance and takes direction from more senior personnel.
