Requirements
  • College diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications, Business and/or Computer Science, with 3 to 4 years related website/digital operations experience.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Experience with managing websites in multiple languages.
  • Experience in GA4 data analysis, reporting and insight development.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and AODA accessibility.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery etc.).
  • Experience in website content management.
  • HubSpot CMS system proficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug errors within HubSpot CMS.
  • Basic understanding of HubDB and object relationships.
  • Experience working in marketing software and tools (e.g. Semrush, SalesWings).
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Knowledge of user interface and user experience best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skill. Multi-tasking – strong ability to handle technical issues involving multiple stakeholders at the same time.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive and highly organized, able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Executes daily operational tasks such as working with teams to triage issues, raise support tickets where needed, analyze root cause, and assist in efficient resolution of all production process issues.
  • Assists the Web Operations team in creating and executing content and technology enhancements using the CMS (HubSpot).
  • Collaborates with development teams to prioritize technology enhancements and bug fixes to the website experience in both official languages.
  • Assists in implementing SEO strategies to organically promote the website, increase traffic and improve website rankings.
  • Monitors website performance using GA4, Siteimprove and Semrush. Provides insight and recommendations on how to improve website brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Research competitors and identifies gaps in keywords and META information.
  • Develops effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to collect appropriate information and implement web content strategies.
  • Resolves issues and communicates findings to stakeholders.
  • Offers suggestions to ensure high rankings in search engines and artificial intelligence agents.
  • Works with key stakeholders to manage company intranet hosted by ServiceNow.
  • Supports the enhancement and improvement of the B2C, Corporate and estore websites as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of domain configuration a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic HubSpot Markup Language a plus.
