Requirements
  • You demonstrate experience in a manufacturing environment, concretely in supply chain.
  • You hold a related Bachelor is needed for this role (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). Or equivalent professional experience.
  • You show experience or studies in production/manufacturing areas.
  • You are an autonomous person and team player. Stable, dynamic, energetic, hardworking, and eager for improvement.
  • You own analytical and planning skills.
  • You are proficient in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
  • You will analyse the raw materials stock, orders to the suppliers, sales forecast and consumptions to guarantee stocks at the target level in line with the company policies, interacting with internal and external functions in order to guarantee the respect of that level.
  • You will manage the arrivals of the materials by maintaining the right balance between the inbound of materials and the demand for finished products.
  • You will prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery times.
  • You will monitor the order’s progress and ensure it is delivered on time and in the required quantity.
  • You will need to review purchase prices with actual tarif and verify invoices to ensure they match the purchase order terms.
  • You will have to maintain ongoing communication with the supplier to ensure that the relationship is mutually beneficial.
  • You will have to consider the analysis of the production program by identifying any shortage or surplus of raw material in advance in order to avoid any negative impact on the stocks but also on the coaters
  • You will have to collaborate constantly with Planning to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of the raw materials
  • Monitoring and implementing performance KPIs in line with company standards.
  • Interacting with Planning, Procurement, R&D, Finance to achieve the set goals.
