  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Proven track record in sales within FMCG grocery accounts, with experience as a National Business Manager, National Account Manager, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing the overall grocery sales strategy within Aldi & Costco, identifying opportunities for improved sales and profitability. Implement category strategic plans and growth initiatives to enhance sales growth, share of shelf, and return on space.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional programs across all SDA brands in Aldi and Costco, and identify new customer opportunities. Maintain forecast planning accuracy and manage customer stockholdings.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative efforts towards SDA growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial finance team to ensure effective trade spend allocation within the agreed budget and optimize product mix to improve financial performance.
