Develop a Deep Understanding of E-Commerce Brands and Online Shoppers
Serve as the voice of our customers, e-commerce brands looking to profitably grow their businesses, and of e-commerce shoppers, whose purchase decisions we are trying to influence.

Turn Insights into Action
Collaborate with teammates in product, engineering, and data science to ideate on solutions and experiments to drive performance improvements, validate / disprove our most critical assumptions, and ultimately deliver on our core value proposition.

Design Flows and Experiences
Take broad, conceptual concepts and create flows and experiences that meet users’ needs, are simple, intuitive, and easy-to-use, and provide teammates with the right level of fidelity to execute on.

Proven track record of impact (quantifiable results on metrics that matter)

Background in product design, preferably at a B2B SaaS company

Prior experience working at or with start-ups or early-stage initiatives (0-1 products)

Experience designing, building, and shipping digital solutions

Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness

Proficiency with customer and user research

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with significant autonomy

Proficiency with widely-used design and development tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira)

Experience in the e-commerce space and in understanding purchase psychology
