Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a designer at agencies, studios or in-house
  • Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch
  • Broad awareness of design and technology trends
  • Interest in mentoring more junior designers to help elevate their work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma
Responsibilities
  • Lead design direction for brand campaigns, multimedia content, and social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with our core brand and sub-brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce visually engaging and cohesive brand assets across various media touchpoints
  • Create designs for performance marketing, testing creative ideas to see what resonates best with different customer groups and boosts engagement and conversion
  • Tailor designs for different audience profiles, adapting style and tone to fit each brand and audience
  • Maintain a pulse on design and technology trends, bringing fresh ideas to keep our projects innovative and relevant
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, and work fluidly within a feedback loop to refine and perfect final outputs
