Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, business performance, or continuous improvement roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a leadership role.
  • A strong background in workplace safety or safety leadership.
  • The ability to develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide process improvements, operational excellence initiatives, and organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, operational risk management, and organizational change.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of business processes and service delivery.
  • Lead and develop Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians.
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes for the mitigation department, then measure and continuously improve them.
  • Coordinate resources, scheduling, and workflow planning to meet operational and customer requirements.
  • Manage operational budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives to achieve financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation within company systems.
  • Ensure safety is embedded in all improvement efforts, including risk assessments and corrective action planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, or industrial services experience.
