Requirements
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of increasing experience in military training development is required, preferably involving Army training development processes and products identified in TRADOC Regulation 350-70-1.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro is required.
  • Experience developing training products or attending training on Articulate Storyline 360 is required.
  • Mastery-level proficiency using TD2 and TRIMIS to build, maintain, and audit complex enterprise training architectures is required.
  • Ability to work on-site at Fort Lee, Virginia is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive reviews of Operational Contract Support-related tasks, products, doctrine, and policy.
  • Author and deliver recommendation memorandums for training product revisions to the Contracting Officer's Representative and Operational Contract Support Division Chief.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee the annual Critical Task and Site Selection Board.
  • Finalize high-priority Critical Task and Learning Requirement Lists and deliver board minutes within two working days after completion.
  • Direct annual analyses for complex individual and collective tasks, generating prioritized milestone schedules and development memorandums for Operational Contract Support Division Chief approval.
  • Design, develop, and modernize individual and collective training products, including Interactive Media Instruction and advanced distance learning options.
  • Architect product delivery schedules based on Estimated Time Values and government priorities.
  • Serve as lead reviewer for Army Logistics University Operational Contract Support course training products, ensuring currency and legal sufficiency and routing critical updates through the Contracting Officer's Representative to course instructors.
  • Oversee the collection of historical achievements and project future operational workload requirements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for optimizing and maintaining training data using TD2 and TRIMIS.
