Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional head of marketing and be ultimately responsible for performance across all media spend
  • Build, lead, and manage the marketing team to ensure high overall performance and productivity
  • Own customer acquisition and retention-marketing programs
  • Manage flawless execution of marketing testing process
  • Ensure the organization is utilizing state-of-the-art tools and techniques in marketing
  • Make strategic decisions using data based on a deep understanding of the company's funnel and attribution
  • Propose and track meaningful incentive programs to drive faster adoption
  • Report results and performance metrics to ensure KPI alignment
  • Understand the company's different segments of customers and pursue new tactics based on their behavior
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and track integrated marketing communications campaigns
  • Be the key contact for all creative and media agency relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams to guide a unified approach to customer service and distribution
  • Integrate marketing strategies and communication programs to ensure consistent branding
