Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
  • Ideally 7 years of experience working in HR with 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Tech experience preferred
  • Hybrid/Remote work experience preferred
  • International employment law experience preferred
  • Ability to implement human resource subject areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and performance management
  • Demonstrable track record as a strong business partner
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment law, compliance and policy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization in person and from afar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze data to make decisions and/or recommendations that impact the business
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions
  • Validated ability to handle critical/confidential materials & issues
  • Ability to travel monthly into the Denver Metro Area if not local to the area
Responsibilities
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues by conducting effective, detailed and objective investigations
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Provides day-to-day performance management mentorship to support managers and employees (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Partners closely with appropriate leaders to support employee relations efforts
  • Involves other leaders, partners and COEs where needed.Supports diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual leadership coaching needs
  • Partners with HR specialists to efficiently implement Talent Development, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives
  • Conducts recurring meetings with respective business units at the individual contributor and middle manager level
  • Provides input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and organizational planning
  • Works closely with business partners to improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase efficiency and retention
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Partner with business units to integrate people strategies with overall organizational strategy
