Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the spa's services by maintaining knowledge of treatments, products, and programs and building customer loyalty.
  • Handle all payment procedures at the spa reception desk and maintain accurate cash balances at the end of each shift and workday.
  • Welcome all clients, VIPs, and members to the spa.
  • Record and regularly update client preferences, communicate important information to the team, and respect client confidentiality.
  • Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability while prioritizing customer needs.
  • Keep reception areas clean, well-presented, and organized at all times.
  • Ensure customer information materials are available and in good condition.
