The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Sourcing Partner to join our dynamic Executive Search team, playing a pivotal role in securing top-tier executive talent for our highest-profile Product & Engineering searches. As a strategic leader in this space, you’ll craft innovative, tailored search strategies, drive comprehensive domain research, and actively maintain pro-active talent mapping and networking initiatives.
Our Executive Sourcing Partners are highly skilled, data-driven operators who thrive on solving complex challenges. You’ll serve as a trusted consultant to our Talent Partners, providing expert guidance throughout the search process. Your ability to identify and engage exceptional talent will be key in driving the company’s growth and innovation.
What you need to succeed
- 4-6 years of research experience in executive recruiting on Sr. Director+ roles: preferably within a fast-paced technology/ digital company or with search firm experience.
- Well networked in Product and/or Engineering: has an established well-nurtured network of product and engineering leaders, with established relationships and engagement as well as deep industry connections.
- Adept at connecting with executives: Recognize their needs and motivations, influencing them through data-driven insights and strong executive level communication.
- Collaborative & strategic: Work seamlessly with Talent Partners and Hiring Leaders, offering constructive suggestions and pushing boundaries when needed.
- Diligent Operator: Ensure accuracy and compliance while using talent intelligence data to gain meaningful insights.
- Data-Driven research approach: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze data with acuity, and articulate findings clearly.
- Tenacious & Owns the Outcome: Possess a "go-getter" attitude and dedication to exceeding expectations.
- Creative problem solver: Think creatively to overcome recruiting challenges and find innovative solutions.
What you will do:
- Drive search strategy & research execution: Craft innovative strategies for high profile searches, use data, business trends, and your market mastery.
- Be a trusted advisor: Collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing impactful insights and influencing leaders with your expertise.
- Champion diversity & inclusion: Proactively source and present exceptional candidates with a focus on a diverse set of backgrounds and internal talent pipelines.
- Build lasting connections: Develop an "always-on" approach to building relationships with top talent, fostering engagement and nurturing long-term connections.
- Lead with data & insights: Conduct in-depth research for complex business areas, advising on talent availability and market demand.
- Contribute to a winning team: Share your passion for excellence, collaborate effectively, and go above and beyond to find the best solutions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $80,900 -- $154,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
