Requirements

5+ years of digital product management, engineering, technical architecture, or technical project management experience
Experience managing a complex product or multiple products within a group/portfolio
Demonstrated experience leading development of products from inception to delivery
Experience working in an agile environment
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with internal partners and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, regulators)
Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action
Prior Healthcare Experience, including healthcare administration, healthcare data integration standards/terminologies (HL7v2, FHIR, and X12), Revenue Cycle Management, or Claims
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart

Responsibilities

Oversee every step of the product life cycle, including ideation, planning, strategy, roadmap, development, and distribution
Lead product managers and coordinate product development work between cross-functional teams
Improve the product's market position by creating and maintaining a competitive landscape and gap analysis, regularly conducting market and vendor research, and cultivating product enhancement ideas backlog
Develop and implement a long-term product strategy tied to customer needs and company vision and business objectives
Plan for and anticipate long term team growth, proactively hiring and scaling the product team, and supporting the professional development of direct reports through excellent management and coaching

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building the future of Moxe’s product portfolio by working across the organization to ideate, build, and deliver the right solutions and features for our customers. You will work with leaders across the organization to establish the vision and strategy for your assigned product, design the features and work in support of that strategy, and drive execution and delivery of solutions.
