Requirements
  • A combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years of engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the enterprise Test Data Management and Quality Engineering Practice organization, providing technical leadership and people management.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise testing capabilities, automation platforms, test data management services, and quality engineering practices.
  • Manage Lead Engineers, Senior Engineers, Engineers, and contractor resources, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, career development, performance management, succession planning, and resource allocation.
  • Establish, maintain, and govern enterprise testing standards, implementation patterns, reusable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic and technical oversight for Test Data Management platforms, including Delphix virtualization, data masking, self-service provisioning, synthetic data strategies, and test data lifecycle management.
  • Define and maintain enterprise testing frameworks for functional, application programming interface, integration, end-to-end, regression, user acceptance testing support, performance, and continuous testing.
  • Establish standardized automation approaches using SmartBear Zephyr, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, REST Assured, GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, Delphix, and enterprise observability and reporting platforms.
  • Create enterprise standards and reference architectures for test automation, test data management, test case management, application programming interface testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery testing integration, quality gates, environment management, test data masking, and test execution reporting.
  • Drive adoption of shift-left testing, continuous testing, behavior-driven development, automated quality gates, test automation, and self-service test data provisioning.
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering leaders to establish long-term quality engineering strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead enterprise onboarding initiatives for teams adopting testing platforms, frameworks, and Test Data Management services.
  • Drive automated workflows integrating testing tools, Delphix services, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, application environments, and enterprise monitoring solutions.
  • Develop reusable testing accelerators, automation libraries, templates, and implementation patterns.
  • Collaborate with application teams to understand testing and data requirements and translate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Review and approve onboarding designs, testing solutions, framework implementations, and architecture recommendations for alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and engineering standards.
  • Establish governance processes for testing tools, testing frameworks, automation standards, test data management, and quality reporting.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure testing and Test Data Management solutions meet regulatory and information protection requirements.
  • Drive implementation of data masking, sensitive data protection controls, and compliant test data provisioning strategies.
  • Define and track key performance indicators including automation coverage, test execution efficiency, defect leakage, defect escape rate, test data provisioning speed, environment utilization, platform availability, quality trends, adoption metrics, testing cycle times, and team productivity.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and establish improvement plans for enterprise testing and quality engineering practices.
  • Lead platform evaluations and technology selection efforts for testing, automation, and Test Data Management solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-assisted testing capabilities, intelligent test generation, predictive quality analytics, and modern automation frameworks.
  • Provide oversight for vendor relationships, software licensing, consulting engagements, and managed service providers supporting testing and Test Data Management functions.
  • Establish support models, operational procedures, runbooks, resiliency plans, and service-level objectives for enterprise platforms.
  • Present strategy, architecture, roadmap updates, investment recommendations, platform metrics, and maturity assessments to senior technology leadership and governance forums.
  • Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve organizational testing maturity and engineering capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise documentation, implementation guides, standards, operational procedures, architectural patterns, and governance materials.
  • Understand and adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; identify risk-related issues requiring escalation to management.
  • Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote an environment that supports a culture of belonging and reflects the company brand.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience establishing enterprise testing standards, governance frameworks, and automation strategies.

  • Experience with cloud-native application testing in Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience implementing automated quality controls within GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled testing solutions.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
  • Experience leading large-scale technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Charles River Associates expands credit facility to $400M with six-bank syndicate

Charles River Associates has expanded its credit facility to $400 million through a six-bank lending syndicate. The five-year agreement includes a $75 million term loan and a $325 million revolving credit facility, replacing a previous $300 million facility set to mature in August 2027. The revolving facility can be reduced to $250 million between 16 July and 15 January each year when working-capital requirements are lower. CRA will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings, support working capital, fund growth investments, and cover general corporate purposes. The lending group includes Bank of America, Citizens Financial Group, Eastern Bank, and Beacon Bank & Trust, with BMO and M&T Bank joining as new lenders. The expanded facility provides additional liquidity as the consulting firm invests in its global economic, financial, and management advisory operations.

HEICO closes $1.2B senior notes offering to fund future acquisitions

HEICO Corporation has closed a $1.2 billion senior notes offering, comprising $550 million in 4.950% notes due 2031 and $650 million in 5.400% notes due 2036. The aerospace and defence company will use the proceeds to pay down borrowings under its $2.2 billion revolving credit agreement, maintaining capacity for future acquisitions. Co-Chairmen Eric and Victor Mendelson said the notes received investment grade ratings, building on HEICO's inaugural issuance in 2023. Chief Financial Officer Carlos Macau noted the offering expands the company's capital sources and provides greater flexibility for continued growth. M&T Bank reports record Q2 2026 earnings of $818M with $5.32 per share and 10.19% CET1 ratio

M&T Bank Corporation reported second quarter 2026 net income of $818 million, or $5.32 diluted earnings per share, marking record earnings for the quarter. Taxable-equivalent net interest income increased $41 million from the first quarter, driven by an additional calendar day, higher interest income on nonaccrual loans, and growth in average earning assets. The net interest margin held steady at 3.70%. Average loan balances rose $3.0 billion quarter-on-quarter across all categories, including $2.3 billion growth in commercial and industrial loans. Commercial real estate loans increased $1.1 billion from March 31, 2026. The allowance for loan losses declined one basis point to 1.52% of total loans. During the quarter, M&T repurchased 2.1 million shares for $465 million, with the CET1 capital ratio estimated at 10.19%.
