Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hospitality and bartending experience.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Mixology experience.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced event environments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night events.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee bar service operations for events to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead and support bartenders and service staff by providing direction and clear communication throughout each event.
  • Ensure beverage service meets Carmens Group standards for professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and the overall organization of bar operations.
  • Address guest needs and service challenges while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and collaborative team environment while supporting continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality.
  • Event or banquet service experience.
