Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of IT program management experience, specifically leading audits and inspections in a DoD or Federal environment
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
  • DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II certification (required)
  • Deep functional expertise in National and DoD IT policy
  • Expert-level knowledge in Information Systems Architecture
  • Expert-level knowledge in Telecommunications Systems Design & Implementation
  • Expert-level knowledge in Cross-Domain Solutions, DMZ design, and controlled interfaces
  • Expert-level knowledge in Security Engineering and Network Systems Management
  • Expert-level knowledge in Software Development Methodologies
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior DoD boards (CDTAB, DSAWG, IRSMC)
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical senior audiences
Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda development, briefing coordination, and comprehensive meeting minutes
  • Serve as primary or backup briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc sessions, and annual reviews before senior DoD boards (CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC)
  • Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and Program Managers to resolve Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance issues and keep senior leadership informed of findings and remediation status
  • Provide expert support to the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues, risk decisions, policy planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments while supporting the execution of DSAWG and CDTAB strategic goals
  • Maintain and manage online collaboration platforms for DSAWG and CDTAB, ensuring easy access to policies, briefings, tracking tools, references, and contact directories
  • Develop and distribute meeting materials, standardized briefing templates, and timely notifications to all members and advisors
  • Prepare monthly status reports (MSRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical papers, white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans to support RE4 functions
  • Manage monthly ballots and review processes, handling high volumes of CDS requests, tickets, briefings, and annual reviews
