Responsibilities
  • Execute detailed manual testing of new features and bug fixes in our Revenue Cycle Management Solution, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts, focusing on continuous improvement of our Revenue Cycle Management Solution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to understand requirements and create effective testing strategies for the Revenue Cycle Management Solution
  • Identify, document, and manage software defects, facilitating quick and efficient resolutions
  • Provide input on the design and review of new features with a focus on testability and potential quality impacts, particularly in relation to the Revenue Cycle Management Solution
  • Advocate for quality assurance best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes
  • Analyze test outcomes, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
