  • Has broad operational knowledge of marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead process, the scientific method, analysis, and reporting
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to chart a course through ambiguity and a bias for action
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, either at a software solution within the space, or from a high volume electronics manufacturer
  • Experience in Enterprise, B2B sales cycles in any industry
  • Own pipeline generation, primarily through BDR activity
  • Enable BDR success through continuous training, content development and marketing campaigns to support inbound and outbound engagement
  • Drive feedback loops and reporting to understand and take action to improve efficiency of all lead generation programs, including advertising, campaigns, SEO, and content; and help guide the cross-channel optimization of spend and effort
  • Actively monitor, analyze, and report on the health of marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity. Provide go-to-market and business leaders with analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact, and goal setting
  • Own our webinar program to drive engagement with new logos and increase our engagement with new business units at existing customers
