Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support a Program Management Office (PMO) to assist in managing and coordinating major, parallel IT initiatives
  • Work as a part of a business support team to evaluate standards / governance, business requirements, and schedules of multiple client projects and applications
  • Assess technical and functional requirements and manage administration and maintenance schedules
  • Provide seamless coordination across software supporting client business functions and projects
  • Perform day-to-day administration of the platform.
  • Maintain the stability and usability of the platform, manage support for incidents, and manage upgrade planning and execution.
  • Ensure technical and programmatic baselines of ongoing client initiatives are consistent across all program support efforts, anticipate system interface requirements, assess and monitor risks, and enforce configuration control processes
  • Provide input and analysis on technical design of a physical and/or logical nature as well as making technical recommendations of system implementations
  • Experience in the management, planning, control or finance of IT programs that support the transportation industry
  • Demonstrated analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Functional expertise in at least one, preferably multiple of the following areas: IT Service Management, IT Software Asset Management, IT Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management, Risk Management, Interface Management, and/or Integration Management. Expertise in applying IT Lifecycle methodologies required
  • Background/knowledge of standards-based (ITIL, HDI, PMI, CMMI) process improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the management, planning, control or finance of IT programs that support the transportation industry
  • Formal Agile training
  • ITILv3 or ITILv4 foundations certificate
  • IAT Level II CSWF Certification
  • Secret clearance, at a minimum.
  • 5+ years; ServiceNow technical experience, with 2+ demonstrated as a Systems Administrator in a Large (10,000+) end-user environment.
  • Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Must maintain all certifications required to keep the CSA active.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
