You’ll be utilizing technology and working cross-functionally with sales leaders, sales engineers, legal, and finance to help drive revenue and best deal structures. You’ll be a key member of the Revenue Operations team to grow revenue.
The everyday hustle:
- Provide consultative guidance to sales reps regarding deal structure and pricing along with assisting in the creation of quotes within Salesforce CPQ.
- Ensure the details of Accounts and Opportunities are accurately reflected in Salesforce.com. Maintain and complete tasks within Salesforce.com from sale reps and other internal departments.
- Drive system and process enhancements to improve the team’s scalability and efficiency
- Assist with the onboarding of new sales reps around the use of our quoting tool and approval process
- Contribute to managing materials on the sales repository, as needed.
- Work with Legal to make approved changes to quote documentations.
- May work after hours to complete business objectives if required, especially at end of quarter.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
Do you have what it takes?
- Equivalent experience or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders is required.
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users is required.
