THE ROLE
The role sits within the Purple Stream – a planning team of seven people responsible for working on business across our independent agencies.
As part of the Purple Stream, the key relationships will be with other members of the Rapport planning, Trading and Operations Teams, as well as the agency planners at TMP. Key internal relationships are with the Group Account Director, Account Director, 2 x Account Managers and Account Executive at Rapport.
Working in a team of seven, the Account Executive’s main role is to support with the planning and implementation of OOH campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis. We require an individual who has excellent attention to detail, great knowledge of standard applications (such as Excel and PowerPoint) and is looking to develop quickly.
The Account Executive’s day-to-day role will be to support senior members of the planning team whilst developing their knowledge and understanding of OOH and the role it plays for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and competitive analysis and reviews
- Post-campaign analysis
- Supporting team with information to include within plans / presentations such as TGI runs, Audience Data and Insights
- Organising photography of campaigns and supplying to clients – including occasionally going out of the office to take emergency shots of OOH sites
- Working with the creatives agencies to ensure they have all artwork specifications and ensure everything is delivered on time and scheduled correctly
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments
- Learn about the role of OOH in our client’s media mix
- Develop an understanding for the clients we work on and show a passion for their products
- Support senior members of the team to balance workload across the team, helping with general administration and organisation
