Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of supply chain experience, including several years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in implementing world-class sourcing strategies, material planning, and supply chain continuous improvement programs
  • Experience in NPI for hardware products, starting up and scaling volume production, and production transfers
  • Solid knowledge in ERP/MRP systems. Familiarity with Odoo is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Direct people management experience. Exceptional leadership capabilities, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams within a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in complex, physical product industries such as medical device, semiconductor, or automotive preferred
  • Experience with a start-up organization and/or environment where agility and adaptability has been demonstrated
  • Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Define, iterate, and execute supply chain processes and strategy as the business scales and shifts.
  • Develop and own the global supply base including contract manufacturers. Establish goals and objectives and drive performance across the organization.
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies in support of organizational goals.
  • Lead and grow the supply chain team while enabling the next generation of leaders
  • Oversee the RFQ process and supplier negotiations for new products and sustaining programs.
  • Manage supplier performance to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery time, and cost.
  • Develop and lead the SOIP (Sales Operations Inventory Planning) process.
  • Drive the development of a highly efficient and scalable materials management function, including warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Act as a strategic business partner and point of contact to the executive leadership team and board of directors.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to influence technical design decisions and NPI strategies.
  • Own the P&L for supply chain operations
