Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 6 years of experience in product management or a related field. Alternatively, 8+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on mobile applications and direct-to-consumer experiences.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development processes and technologies, as well as website management, digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, payments, and/or CRM/audience management technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of technical software delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Waterfall), process engineering, change management practices, and business management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to facilitate and resolve disagreements over scope, design, and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of current technology offerings and the ability to stay current with emerging trends.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and user acceptance techniques to enhance product quality.
  • Proven record of completing work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, web analytics tools, collaboration tools, and basic wireframing for concept communication and storytelling.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and success of mobile applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers, development teams, and the business, balancing competing demands while keeping the product vision and strategy in mind.
  • Manage product launches, ensuring all aspects of the launch are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
