  • Experience with Insurity, HubSpot, and Salesforce preferred
  • Verifying businesses using various resources and databases
  • Experience underwriting insurance for payroll partners valuable
  • Strong expertise in the California workers' compensation market preferred
Responsibilities
  • Assess medium to complex risks for underwriting and binding new and renewal coverage
  • Make underwriting decisions using underwriting guidelines and risk exposures
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical assistance
  • Maintain industry knowledge on commercial insurance underwriting
  • Participate in risk portfolio review and evaluation
  • Handle high volume of transactions
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as needed
