WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Reporting to our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will lead implementation and build-out of FP&A deliverables within Oracle ERP system, including a robust planning and forecasting system within Oracle PBCS system 
• Enhance, build-out & maintain the Company’s rolling 12 month and 2 year forecasting model, including balance sheet, cash flow and P&L
• Assist in building & managing on-going and new reporting functions for finance department
• Support the Corporate center, and other similar shared service centers financial forecasting, analytical and planning needs 
• Assist Corporate Development in preparing & analyzing detail financial modeling for target acquisitions
• In conjunction with the CFO and Head of FP&A, analyze financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual cadence
• Partner with our GTS (Global Technology Services) to build-out and analyze  near real-time forecasting and reporting  extraction of our customer KPIs
• Own & maintain monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Assist in the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build quantitative, decision making financial models
• Ensure accurate and timely deliverables are met

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Strong professional level financial modeling
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related industry
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook & experience with ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or data analytics
• Experience building comprehensive models from scratch
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA designation a plus)
• Excellent analytical, presentation and organizational skills
