Responsibilities
  • Perform dialogue editorial of voice recordings.
  • Perform audio quality control of vendor-delivered and internally recorded audio files.
  • Process assigned audio files using packaging applications.
  • Apply technical knowledge of dialogue editorial, processing, and equalization for voice recordings.
  • Perform quality control of voice recordings, voice performance, and text-to-speech project requirements.
  • Master required tools and platforms across internal Deluxe and external client or vendor systems.
  • Perform audio engineering duties during in-studio and remote recording sessions as needed, collaborating with directors, performers, and creative supervisors.
  • Learn and use new tools and environments related to audio and postproduction, particularly in text-to-speech, localization, and accessibility.
  • Operate internal and external artificial intelligence text-to-speech voice-generation tools for localization and audio-description projects.
  • Analyze and edit text for appropriate dubbing adaptation and audio-description content.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure project quality meets client and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments, respond promptly to project requests, and ensure timely delivery while following deadlines and style guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current industry standards, changes, trends, technologies, and tools.
  • Monitor department trackers and timelines to ensure deliveries are completed on time and project expectations are met.
  • Complete other production-related duties assigned by management.
