  • Good understanding about genome editing
  • Previous wet-lab (molecular/cell biology) experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Support the neuromuscular team in the development of prime editing-based therapeutics
  • Design and optimize PEgRNA sequences, and evaluate editing efficiency in cell models
  • Validate PEgRNA hits in relevant cell models using various phenotypical assays
  • In vivo sample processing for downstream analysis
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and presentations within the team
Desired Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in biology or related field
  • Excel at some of listed lab techniques: immune-staining, PCR, qRT-PCR, western blot, nucleotide extraction, molecular cloning, fluorescence-activated cell sorting
  • Experience with maintaining cell lines, primary cells, or IPSCs
  • Experience with computational biology skills (Python, R)
