  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
  • 1-3 years in a manufacturing, quality and/or design engineering role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of processes, controls, and inspection methods
  • Dedicated to adopting a lean approach to quality without compromising safety or reliability
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with various teams involved in the development and construction of TBMs
  • Developing, implementing, and validating lean test and inspection processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
  • Identifying high-risk processes and potential issues during TBM processing
  • Investigating failures in production, testing, and operation
  • Maintaining a feedback loop to drive improvements in TBM design and operation
  • Participating in preliminary and critical design reviews
