  • You have at least one year of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and customers.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, working independently or as part of a team.

  • You have experience selling SaaS-based products.
Responsibilities
  • You will develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • You will leverage technology such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator to automate your sales efforts.
  • You will research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts in the higher education and nonprofit sectors.
  • You will qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • You will conduct outreach through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales messaging and strategies.
  • You will utilize sales tools and technology to track and report on sales activities and progress.
  • You will continuously improve the sales development process and contribute to the growth of the sales organization.
