Responsibilities
  • Act as a credit authority, ensuring timely communication of credit decisions to dealer partners and working collaboratively to structure deals that meet the needs of all parties.
  • Set departmental goals, create effective work schedules, and motivate and lead the team through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Optimize workflow by analyzing daily reports and ensuring the team meets service level expectations.
  • Monitor team performance against key metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and timely responses to inquiries.
