Responsibilities
  • Assist the M&S GBU Leader and the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans, while monitoring progress on key projects and objectives
  • Coordinate Global M&S SpC Governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organization and facilitate communication between the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives
  • Lead projects to support the execution of the M&S SpC Compelling Business Needs (CBN)
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items
