Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of hands-on professional experience with Python frameworks (Django/Flask)
  • Strong systems design and distributed services experience
  • Understanding of big data software architecture and design
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
  • Experience with Agile principles and Scrum methodology
  • Working knowledge/experience with cloud tools (preferably AWS)
  • Strong experience with graph DB technologies (e.g. Neo4j)
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
  • Work with engineers and product owners to shape the roadmap for interoperable products
  • Take ownership of the graph database across Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build high-quality product experiences
  • Set high standards for software engineering contributions and quality
  • Provide guidance on architectural and design decisions for the platform
  • Make technology tradeoffs based on business priorities and user experience
